Where My Journey Begins

OwnerMy journey with wine began in Mexico, where I studied Agronomy, just before graduation I felt in love with wine and grape growing and learned to listen to the language of the vineyard, the soil, the sun, and the rhythm of the seasons. I quickly realised that wine is more than a drink; it is a living expression of nature and care.
I moved to Australia to complete a Master’s in Viticulture and Oenology, deepening my understanding of the wine, growing, making and drinking and learning how every decision in the vineyard shapes the story of each bottle.
Now based in Coonawarra, I work hands-on in the vineyard, studying, tasting, and celebrating wine from grape to glass. As a female wine lover, I saw the necessity of creating Uvoso to share my passion.
I guide wine lovers, beginners, and enthusiasts to learn about wine, uncovering the science, the artistry, and the poetry that make each bottle unique. Together, we explore how viticulture, winemaking, and tasting create experiences that linger long after the last sip.
